• Our experience stems from the Construction, Electrical, Energy, Hotel and Home Services Industry.
• All of our Home Inspectors are certified from a reputable College with a Home Inspection Certificate
• Also, each Home Inspector has passed the Ontario Building Code Home Health and Safety Code course and the Structural Code course.

The Home Inspectors Group - "The Inspection"

• Each Home Inspection takes 3 to 4 hours to complete.  The length of the inspection depends on the size of the home and customer's knowledge and experience in home ownership.  Although this is a time estimate, none of our inspections are rushed.
• The cost of the home inspection is dependent on the size of the home. 

The Home Inspectors Group - "Inspection Manual"

Each inspection comes with a written report which is delivered before we leave the property or at the client’s discretion.

• The report outlines the performance and condition of the component at the time of inspection.
• The report will focus on several components of the house: 1-Roof 2-Electrical safety, 3-Structural integrity, 4-Exterior, 5-Insulation, 6-Interior, 7-Heating and Cooling, and 8-Plumbing
• The report also provides a summary to allow for a faster condensed view of each component.
• Each report is computer generated allowing for easy reading without having to decipher handwriting.
• Pictures are also sent post inspection to your email address for increased visibility to any major concerns.
