New Home Warranty - We take the guess work out of the paperwork and help you to get the most of your warranty.

Blower Door Test - Don't know if the windows are drafty or if the doors are properply sealed?  We use a Blower Door Fan with the latest software to manage and find the problem areas.

Roof Inspections - Thinking of installing a roof but don't know if it's time.  We help you determine if you should do it right away or if you can wait. 

Insulation (wall or attic) - How do you know if you have enough insulation in the walls or in the attic?  We inspect and provide you with options and the approximate cost so you can make the right decision.  We not only tell you, we show you if it's required.  We also come back and ensure it was properly installed.
